It has to be sustainable.
Applicable to resoloving conflicts in relationships that matter (and even ones that don't).

Because while the chances of being randomly attacked on the streets are usually minimal, how often do you have to live with yourself?

Explore 5 Obstacles that are keeping you Angry or Frustrated.

From trying to soothe away or suppress your charged emotions to accepting that 'this is your lot', you'll learn about 5 common obstacles that hold women back from breaking through and truly embodying their power.

You'll also learn how anger, frustration and depression are perceived in Oriental philosophy, and their implications in Traditional East Asian Medicine.

Unleash the Voice of the Warrior Woman within you.

Voice Activation is one of the 3 Pillars of TSDMA. Learning how to effectively use your voice is healing and empowering in itself - especially if you've suffered from 'Good Girl Syndrome' and have been taught to be quiet.

From the classic 'kiai!' in Japanese martial arts to practical phrases you can use in real-life self-defence scenarios, you will explore various battle cries - including ones specific to your healing.

Learn easy TSDMA techniques - and their hidden meanings.

By yourself and with partners, you will practice simple and instinctive TSDMA techniques - and discover their psychological and Traditional East Asian Medical correlations to assist your inner healing. You will also progress from TSDMA to actual Self-Defence, and learn an easy disengagement against a common attack and its inherent martial strategy.
