This Policy is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where this Website is accessed from outside Australia, you acknowledge that your information will be handled in accordance with Australian law.

Health information is subject to the enhanced protections under Australian Privacy Principle 3 and will only be disclosed to third parties where required by law, or in an emergency where your safety or the safety of others is at risk.

By providing health information and participating in our services, you acknowledge:
• You have disclosed any known health conditions that may affect your ability to safely participate in martial arts or self-defence training
• You understand that our services are not a replacement for registered medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
• You accept responsibility for seeking independent professional medical advice where appropriate
In the event of an emergency involving your safety or the safety of others, we reserve the right to disclose relevant information to emergency services or appropriate authorities, without your prior consent.
